Please read the notes below before registering.
When you register for VL/HCC 2012, don't forget to book your hotel, and, if needed, to check Visa information.
Notes:
- We accept credit cards, prepayment by bank transfer and PayPal payments. Registrations become effective only after receipt of payment.
- Cancellation Fee: EUR 60 (No cancellation will be allowed after September 10th, 2012) - please write an email to: chairs@vlhcc.org. Substitution is welcome.
- Coffee breaks and lunches are held together with MODELS 2012 participants and are offered to all the VL/HCC participants of the main conference and/or satellite events.
- The registration fees for the main conference participants also cover a copy of the conference proceedings, attendance at the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening and at the Conference Dinner on Tuesday evening.
- Proof of student status is required on request.
- All fees include 20% VAT.
- In case of event cancellation, the attendee will be reimbursed for that event.
